Women’s Pastor (LSE) “Ladies Seeking Excellence”
Pastor Jackson currently serves as the Women’s Pastor of New Joy Fellowship Ministry. Because of her many experiences throughout the world, she feels it her calling to help “hurting women” whenever, wherever she is needed. It is through that very calling that she has the ability to hear the Holy Spirit in the plight of many young women that God sends her way. She has been a guest speaker for the past seven (7) years with the Light of Freedom Ministry Conferences in Grand Junction, Colorado; a guest musician of Mother’s Warring for Christ, Crestview, Florida; guest clinician at the Greater First Baptist Church, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and at her original home church in Spencer.
Pastor Carol Jackson has been a member of the New Joy Fellowship family almost since the conception of the ministry. In August of 1996, then under the leadership of Pastor/Church Planter, Jerone Roland, she united with the church and became the Minister of Music. She has been a musician, director, and pianist since the age of 13, when she took over for the musician of her home church, St. Luke Baptist Church in Spencer, Oklahoma where she was born and raised.
Upon retirement from the U. S. Air Force in 1994, Carol was called to preach the Gospel and was licensed to preach in 1997 at New Joy Fellowship. On June 23, 2012 she was ordained as Women’s Pastor of New Joy Fellowship Ministry. She has been faithful in her ministry to counsel women and teach Praise and Worship to the Levitical Team at New Joy. She has been, throughout her many years in service to the Lord; a preacher, teacher, counselor, as well as a Praise and Worship workshop clinician in many states and countries all over Europe and Asia.
Pastor Jackson’s heart’s desire is that she could be a healing agent for Christ to all women both young and old.
